Annie Wood
Hi! A bit about me—I’m an L.A. native, neurodiverse writer, poet, actor, artist and twice-a-day meditator. (I credit that last bit for the ability to get anything done.) I write poetry, prose, and observations seen and imagined. I write so I remember to pause and notice the wonder of it all. I write to understand myself. I’m also a lifelong actor (Good Luck Chuck, My Sister’s Keeper) and hosted a nationally syndicated dating game show (BZZZ!) which made me the third female solo dating game show host in the history of television. I’m an author with three books and another one in the works and an internationally exhibited mixed media artist.
My entire life is dedicated to love, creativity, and discovery.
“Art is when you hear a knocking from your soul… and you answer it.”

Why subscribe to how to love the world?
My intent here, and in my life in general, is for my words and art to speak to you of love. Love of self, of others, of nature, of pain, of joy, of humor, of creativity and for the love of the world itself. How? Let’s find out together.
