what is this feeling?

it’s a tickle at the core

    of a bunny in flight

a baby not crying

        a painting just right

a sunflower explosion

                   in another realm

inside my brain

                no longer on fire

instead

a lakeside cabin

fluffy

socks

by the

fire

                  warm feet

beneath surprises

\that never scare

that old Heinz commercial makes

me

feel

             it

              is ————————making

it’s fun when it’s good

(true redundant)

and it usually is

(even when it isn’t)

it’s getting found together

then lost again

it’s waking again

then sleeping again

it’s sunsets again

it’s sunrises again

it’s nothing needs doing right now

and we can just be

and i revel in this nothingness

and i revel in this now

and i revel in this you
